Connection has been unexpectedly closed. Server sent command exit status 150

Hello,
I am using winscp version 5.9.3 to transfer files to a linux server.
I have this connection for about 5-6 years and it was working fine until recently.
Now when i try to transfer file, the file seems to be transfering but when it reaches 99% i get this error:

Connection has been unexpectedly closed. Server sent command exit status 150

You can find attached a screenshot of the error and log file.

Please advise.

First, please upgrade to the latest version of WinSCP.

Also, are you able to upload the file using any other SFTP client (if you use SFTP with WinSCP)?

I tried the upload using filezilla and the upload completes successfully.
I will update my winscp version and let you know.
