Nèed copy files from old citrix to new citrix account

Hi
Due to security issues we have moved to new citrix account and we total 15TB Data. Now need to move whole 15TB to new citrix through script.Now I have script to copy files to citrix ftp but i dnt know how to move files from one account to new ftp account.
