425 Error while transfering data: TLS session of data connection not resumed

Hello,
new FileZilla server in options no longer allows to disable Require TLS session resumption on data connection on the server side from security reason.
now when I use WinSCP to connect with FTP server with explicit encryption after I want create file/folder I have error:

425 Error while transfering data: TLS session of data connection not resumed.

I tested other FTP software and this error only exists in WinSCP.
I report this bug on FileZilla server forum: https://forum.filezilla-project.org/viewtopic.php?t=54027 but they sent me back to WinSCP because the error only occurs in this program in other software I tested I don't have this error when I connect to FTP with explicit encryption.
