Feature request: Allow sorting of directories inline

I typically use "sort by modification date" and in these cases I'd much rather have files and directories mixed together in the ordering rather than have all of my directories sorted by date, followed by all of my files mixed up by date.

Is it possible to add money to a vote to give it more weight?

Coming from FileZilla and the sorting makes a bit mad :)
