Error running 'Keep Local Directory Up to Date'

Hi,
When I run this programme I get the error:

Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Program Files (x86)\WinSCP\WinSCPnet.dll' or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built by a runtime server newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded.
