Weird characters displayed before and after folder name

Hello,
I am using WinSCP to log into my Nvidia Shield running dropbear.
All folder names have the same problem, the folder shows as I am unable to browse the folders since WinSCP tries to access the folder with the weird name, not the correct one.
Any ideas?

That looks like a server-side problem.
Can you access the folders using any other client using the same protocol (what protocol are you using)?
Please post WinSCP session log file. And log file of any other client that works.
