WinSCP lags and stutters when trying to move files

Hello,
For some time when I try to move files from server to drive or from drive to server WinSCP gets stuck and unresponsive. It happens at both FTP and SSH connections on multiple servers/connections.

When I grab files and drag them between Windows application goes unresponsive, sometimes with loading circle being present over cursor. It gets stuck for between 5 to 30s. Does not matter if I drag single file or entire folder. Also it is worse when I do hold Shift to not leave copy on selected device.

It happens regularly. I am unsure if it is just visual layer that lags out or entire process.
In attached logs I did initialize copying onto server. Then pulled file ui-dark.min.css onto my PC. Application did lag for about 20s I think before it got responsive again and file downloaded.

Reinstallation did not help. Sometimes I drag files that have PHP viruses in them due to nature of my work, so maybe it is related somehow to Windows Defender?

Issue in new version was fully resolved. Thank you very much for your quick help. I do feel like I did get my wings back as working with WinSCP is now better than ever!
