Make New file/directory use the name where the cursor is when executing the command

When using Shift+F4 to create a new file and the cursor is on a file it will instead of "New file" have the filename the cursor stands on in the "Edit file" and that is really nice, but it won't work on directories. If the cursor is on a directory it will always show "New file" and not the directory name.

When creating a new directory the "Create folder" window will always show "New folder" instead of the name where the cursor is when I press F7.

I would like to see both new file and directory use the name where the cursor is when i execute one of these commands. Many times you use very similar name, so why type the whole name every time?
