Please add ability to use mouse wheel for scrolling through tabs

Notepad++ allows this and its amazingly handy.

Since 6.0, the tab titles are shortened. So the scrolling won't be needed in most cases:

Hah well no that's a different issue that makes tabs completely useless
6.0 Beta – Tabs are too small, useless

First fix the short tabs, then bring scrolling.
