Password authentication failed

Hi Team,
Getting Password authentication failed error when execute the script.
The error occur not all the time it happened very often.

No password change , able to connect on next day.

Did you check server-side logs, if there's any specific reason why it fails the authentication sometimes?

Can you please advise how to check the logs in server-side?
