Will not let me log in to see my FiveM Files

Putting in correct info but it keeps saying

Timeout detected. (data connection)
Could not retrieve directory listing
Error listing directory '/'.

Have you read Timeout detected?
Can you log in using any other FTP client from the same local machine? If you can, post its and WinSCP's log files.
