No option to bring back transfers panel to foreground, once sent to background

Hello, I'm using the Commander interface option. There seems to be no option to bring the transfers panel back to the foreground (as a modal window), once it has been sent to background.

If by "background" you mean the transfer queue, then indeed, there's no option for that. What's your use case?
