WinSCP shows updated files with date and time after transfer, yet the files aren't transferred

This happened 3 times today after the new 6.5 update.
I transferred a file onto our server, it looked updated with correct time and date, yet it wouldn't show correctly in any browser.
I had to shut WinSCP down and reopen it, and still nothing, since it opened into the same directory I was at when shutting down.
I had to change directory and come back to the one I wanted to see that, despite all the queue complete messages, the file was still the previous outdated version.
Please help fix this bug. Many thanks.

I forgot to add that, following the manoeuvres mentioned in my post, I successfully transferred my files onto the server.

Still, a bit odd, don’t you think?
