Impossible to create an S3 bucket when the host doesn't support path-style addressing

The S3_create_bucket function always uses S3UriStylePath when sending a request. On an S3-compatible storage supporting only virtual host addressing that results in a HttpErrorNotFound error, and no bucket gets created.
