Building Winscp.exe from source

I need to know how to build the Winscp.exe from the source code in order to deploy it in my project. The readme files are either missing information on how to do this, or I'm not understanding them correctly. I don't want the setup.exe, just the Winscp.exe needed for the Winscpnet.dll to function properly.

I verified the URL and it says.

To build WinSCP you need:
Embarcadero C++Builder 11 Professional.

I was wondering if there is a way around this proprietary software requirement?

Or at least not requiring to buy things

Like maybe using the CE version instead of Pro?

Actually, it might be possible to build the latest version using the Community Edition. But I didn't try yet. I'll look into it.
