bug: automatic reconnect

Hi.

winSCP v3.8.2 does NO automatic reconnect (resume-option), if you do not set the "Automatically popup prompts of background transfers when idle" option!

Instead winSCP waits until you double-click on the job in the joblist with the blinking query "?"
(if the "Automatically popup prompts of background transfers when idle" option is NOT set)!

This should be a bug, doesn't it?

Originally, it looked to me as obvious bug. But now I'm not able to reproduce the problem. Does anyone have suggestion how to reproduce it.
