Connect Server from JumpBOX

Hi Gurus

I have an issue, I need to hop at JUMPBOX to connect to my application server. I need to login first to JumpBOX and then login to Application Server.

I am able to login JumpBOX using winSCP. and there How I can login into application server?

please guide me....
