just out of curiosity, is there a way of doing this in windows without winscp? It would allow me to automate the process of scp'ing to a remote machine. any help would be appreciated.

You can use some command-line SCP client to automate SCP (e.g. PSCP)It would allow me to automate the process of scp'ing to a remote machine. any help would be appreciated.
I'm designing a corporate LAN and most of our internal servers only allow SCP access for security reasons. :(

Now THAT is one hell of a good idea!
It could really help and make so much stuff ever so more easy.
Hope this will be on the full release of WinSCP3
