Please, can you try to login with Putty SSH client? Let me know what was the results like.

OK with PuTTY SHH --> key cached

the next attempt with WinSCP was OK

I've also get back puttygen and pageant from the official website ... but those 2 files seem to be the same as yours.

Hi,

i get the same error message, if i want to connect via a socks-proxy. If i connect without a proxy to the same host, it works.
