Execute failor

Executing a file in the <terminal> gives the following message (read: error)

failed with return code 126 and error message
-sh: line 81: ./BiteSMS_5.0.deb: Permission denied.

Either you have not set execute permissions on the file or (more probably?) the file is not executable at all.

no, to my surprise the program shows on my phone after an hour or two.
