Bug in FTP protocol prevents passive mode

Tried to use WinSCP with another FTP server for android and it failed as well. All other FTP clients are working fine. This time WinSCP fails to use passive mode and executes PORT command right after PASV, even though passive mode is requested in options. Debug log attached.

I'm very sorry, I misconfigured my server and it wasn't receiving mail sent to that address. It's fixed now. Could you please re-send debug build?

Ok, there we go. I've made two logs, for passive mode problem and chdir problem.
