WinSCP license issue

WinSCP is currently distributed under the GNU GPLv3 license.

However, the \"licence\" file distributed with WinSCP does not contain the whole GPLv3 license, since it omits this part:

https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html#howto

Which is not allowed, as stated here:

https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#GPLOmitPreamble

This can be fixed by including the full text of the GPLv3, as given here:

https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html

The same is true about the About/License information within WinSCP, and the installer.

Issue partially fixed in 5.0.6 beta - the installer has full GPLv3, the license.txt contains the full GPLv3, but WinSCP.exe (in the About/License window) does not contain the full GPLv3.

No. WinSCP.exe is selfcontained apllication, it does not rely on any other file.
