Getting synchronize to launch on icon click

Hi all,
Noob question here, but I want to have the synchronize automatically start when I launch from the icon. I have the session correctly identified and all my transfer settings are correct, but I need to push "enter" or click "OK" the get the synch to start. I want it to just being on start the application, how can I do this? Is there anything else I would have to do when using windows scheduler? Thank you for your help!!

If you want to use GUI interface, use:
winscp.exe stored_session /synchronize [local_directory] [remote_directory] [/defaults]
