Need to delete all the files having name as 2011 from sftp

Hi,

My sftp server is becoming unmanageable with the files from past two years.
Every file name is ending with timestamp of the day it was created/placed.

ex: Filename_01012011.txt,Filename_01012012.txt ....


My requirement is to copy all the .txt files whose names are ending with 2011 only to a local folder and delete it from the server.

Please help me with the format of WinScp command that i can use to achieve this.
