WinSCP and OpenSSH 3.4

WinSCp 2.2 is installed on my Windoze 2K box; OpenSSH 3.4 installed on my target AIX 4.33-09 host and I'm unable to connect to it with WINSCP.

"Error skipping startup message"
Reconnect - Less

IS there any known compatibility problems, and testing with OpenSSH.

Please let me know what I should be looking for and what I can do.
