Files corrupted on Sftp in binary mode

I am tranferring files in binary mode eg .tiff .xml. But files are geeting corrupted. Images will not open and xml cannot be read in text editor.

Can you attach a copy of a file before and after upload? Please include also a session log file showing the upload.
