Installing WinSCP 5.5.3 error

Below is the error message I am receiving when trying to upgrade from 5.5.0 to 5.5.3 for WinSCP

To install inside Program Files folder you need to run installer with admin rights.

I got the installer to run successfully but now I'm still unable to connect to host. It just keeps timing out. Any Ideas??
