Timeout waiting for external console to complete the command

Hello!
I'm using .NET assembly (v.5.5.3) for syncronize local directory with remote server folder.
There are transferring a lot of small files (9 KB) with number of about 35000.
All worked good.

But in these latter days I saw the error messages: "WinSCP.SessionRemoteException: Timeout waiting for external console to complete the command".
It happens in a different period of time.
For example, today it was about 12 minutes after beginning of sync. And yesterday it happend after 23 minutes.

What is the reason of this error? :(

Please set Session.SessionLogPath and Session.DebugLogPath and attach both logs.
