Connection timeout

HI Team,

I have Winscp in Windows Server 2012 and when tried to connect to an external FTP site face connection timeout problem
• Reqad through the forums and tried to do some troubleshooting.
• To cross check the connection i did telnet to the external website through port 21 and was working(also Putty was working good).
• Checked/Unchecked the passive mode.
• Selected ipv4/ipv6
• Changed the TLS/SSL settings to different values.
• Changed the windows settings for this application to run in Windows XP platform, Windows 2007 but still no luck.
• Enabled loggings and Below are the logs.

This did not solve the problem.
We are able to connect to the host with the port number as you can see in the logging posted earlier. Even firewall looks good but still we face issues in retrieving listing directories.

Is there something neede to be done additional since it is 2012 Server? The same setting works fine in Windows 2008 R2 server.

The article I've pointed you to clearly explains that with FTP, it's actually quite common that you cannot transfer files (or retrieve directory listings) due to not properly configured FTP server, firewall or NAT (even if you are able to actually connect to the FTP server itself). Please read it again carefully.
