SessionRemoteException:Internal error fz#rename (0010)

Howdy,
I am working on a windows service that periodically checks the ftp server for new files and if there are new files, saves the file to the History folder, and then downloads the file.

I am using the .net assembly from the nuget package.

I am having trouble figuring out how to move the file (or copy the file), on the ftp server, from the original folder to the history folder within it and then download only the file and not the history folder. I've tried various things and when it works, it downloads the history folder with the file, but when it doesn't, this is my latest error message:
WinSCP.SessionRemoteException: Internal error fz#rename (0010). ---> WinSCP.SessionRemoteException: Error moving file '/users/NATTest/FileCheck/' to '/users/NATTest/FileCheck/History/'.

I can get it working without the error that I posted, but I still can't seem to get the file and not the folder.

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).
