I am using WinSCP Version 5.7.4 (Build 5553) (OS 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 - Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise).
I have an issue with the WinSCP program in UPLOADING files although the downloads seem to work OK.

Re: Timestamp bug

Hows this related to this thread?

Anyway, see
https://winscp.net/eng/docs/message_preserve_time_perm

Particularly this part:
Some servers are set up to pickup any uploaded file immediately, process it somehow and delete or move it away. If the server is quick enough, it does that before WinSCP is able to update the file timestamp or permissions (you will see an error like “No such file or directory” in error details).
