X.509 authentication?

any chance that a future version of WinSCP will incorporate additional methods of authentication, using either X.509 digital certs or RSA/SecureID?

re: X.509 authentication?

on the server side there are several products which support these methods. Remotely Anywhere v6, VanDyke Vshell, and SSH's Tectia Server all support either one or both of these authentications along with the standard paired key method. They also offer associated clients which support them but at a cost, of course. I was hopefully looking for a free client which could the same.

OK, but I do not implement SSH. WinSCP SSH code comes from PuTTY client. You may ask its authors to implement these methods.
