access denied

I built out a server with winscp about a month ago, the end users tested and it worked fine. a few days ago any account gets a access denied when trying to connect nothing has changed ?
any help would be appreciated

How did you "built a server with WinSCP"?

WinSCP is a client-side software, not a server software.
