Sucessfully logged in but remote directory is empty

Dear support, please check the attached log.

Does any other FTPS client show you any files in the directory? Can you post its log file?

I tried Filezilla client too. Same issue.
The interesting thing is, 3x servers have been downloading files from the same FTP server, same account, same WinSCP scripted.
But only this specific server failed.
And there should not be some special network settings.
Appreciate if you could provide some hints.

Unfortunately, there's no useful information in the logs. It seems like a server-side problem. You should check server log file.
