Add new option "Resume" when overwriting file.

Please add new option "Resume" when overwriting file if the destination file size is smaller. Use case is when debug using log and thus log updated with new data constantly. For now, we'll have to add '.filepart' to the log file name and then transfer it. It will be resumed thanks to endurance feature. If there is "Resume" option, we'll be saved thus extra step.

I assume you are using SFTP protocol.
Choose No > Append and then you will be prompted if you want to append or resume.

one extra step is better then typing '.filepart' all together.
better again, it work for file smaller then the setting to kick endurance feature in.
