Increase server response > 300 secs?

Hi,
I have a batch script that runs some scripts remotely using winscp batch mode.
My queries (in the server) are huge and take more than 300 secs to run.
Is there anyway of increasing the server response time more than 300 secs?
If not, is there a way to automatically choose retry when an option to Abort or Retry comes up.
Thanks,
Winnie

I'll increase the maximum in the next version. Meanwhile I believe you can set larger timeout directly in registry.

Alternatively, it may help, if you make your script print something occasionally.
