WinSCPnet not working when Scheduled

I created a C# app that uses WinSCPnet.dll that retrieves files from an FTP server nightly. Everything was working up until about a month ago. I have tried to upgrade WinSCP, verified all permissions, but I can't seem to figure out why this is not working when scheduled. If I log into the server, and run the scheduled task everything completes as expected. I will attach my log files.

I do not see any error in the log. Can you explain, what is it, that is "non working"?
