session.SynchronizeDirectories vs session.CompareDirectories

Hello,
I found a difference, shouldn't the two functions have the same "result"

session.CompareDirectories
return 4 (ComparisonDifference) (FOLDER1 is considered as File)
[FOLDER1, File4, File5, File6]
and
session.SynchronizeDirectories
processes all 6 files & 2 Folder
(This is correct)

with of course the same settings (SynchronizationMode.Local)

Any idea :-)

Amitiés
Lionel
PS:
FOLDER1
      FOLDER2
         File1
         File2
         File3
File4
File5
File6

If whole FOLDER1 does not exist yet on the target (local) side, it's one difference.
