How to export Configuration of older versions ?

WinSCP vers 4.0.6 for instance doesn't have in the Tools menu an Export Configuration facility.
That's why my question is about this : how to export configuration ( connections including passwords ) to newer versions ?

In older versions of WinSCP, use Export button on Preferences dialog.
