host key does not match configured key

A remote client made some change on their end and caused our winscp upload script to break.

they reported back with a new hostkey, which i plugged into the script

now the script is functional from my own computer, but when i replace it for the intended user it continues to throw the same error.

this is the only use case for winscp in our environment so i had no trouble using all winscp built-in cleanup tools

i even used REVO uninstaller to remove the program entirely and then reinstall.

the identical script continues to run from my computer and not the other

any ideas?

sorry for the lack of detail/logs i am unsure of the security considerations with sharing any of that information
