5.17 can no longer load my certificate

I'm using SSL client authentication on some of my WebDAV locations and somewhre between 5.15.9 and 5.17 WinSCP lost its ability to read pkcs12 files. It keeps saying "Error decoding the certificate" after I copied in the password.
On 5.15.9 this works without any problem with the same certificate

Can you please post a session log file (Debug 2 log level) from both 5.15.9 and 5.17?
