Display SHA256 Fingerprint of FTPES certificate

Hello,

Right now, WINSCP does only display the SHA1 fingerprint of the given certificate when connecting to a FTPES-Server that I've never connected bevore. SHA1 is broken and insecure. Please provide the SHA-256 fingerprint.
