WinSCP.Session.Open Timeout

Greetings,

I have a FTP site that I can open in the WinSCP GUI without issue. I use the exact same protocol, userid, password, port, host as the GUI in my .NET code and get the following exception.

What am I missing? How is the GUI open different than the API?
