====> I was doing a file compare between the files on a linux box and the download of the same on a win7 box.
It popped open a cmd box waiting for me to hit enter - as usual if I remember correctly - and after I hit the fourth "any key to continue" it threw this error. No extra clicks or anything else.
I did have another tab open on another linux box that was idle in the background.

The win 7 machine is a socket 1155 i3 with 8 gigs ram on a gigabyte MB.
