Network error: Connection refused :: winscp .net assembly

Hi,

I tried to connect to SFTP server via .net application using a private key but the Acces is denied. Error message says "Network error: Connection refused". When I try to connect via WinSCP application using the same key I can connect without any problems.
It so confusing

Please post a complete log file from both GUI and your code.
