The program is not letting me export my files to my clearing house

The files that I import to winscp are not going to the right columns of the program. The files are going to the left column and then I can't export them out to the clearing house. The WinSCP program has all the programs on my computer listed into the columns also and I don't understand why?>

Sorry, but I do not understand your problem.
What prevents your from "exporting" the files (I assume you mean "uploading")?
Maybe you can explain it using few screenshots?
