was trying to upload a very large amount of data to a fedora 31 virtual server on a wireless lan connection. the hypervisor of which only offered it 2GiB of RAM. *shrug*
But here it is if you wanna try and do something about it...

The problem happens rarely. I cannot reproduce it.

WinSCP has been buggy for a few months now: when the PC has been inactive for a while, WinSCP does not respond, and I have to close it down using Windows Task Manager. I then have to re-start it. This is the first crash I have seen for a few weeks. I upgraded earlier today.

I *can* reproduce the non-responsiveness problem, by allowing the PC to go into low power mode.

The problem happens rarely. I cannot reproduce it.

Hi,
Initially no bug. I was using root to connect using a private key. For an unknown reason it stopped working. I moved to an other account with sudo granted. The connection and the file copy went fine. For an unknown reason it longer works.

Hi,
Since my last message I made some discovery I guess would be use full to you to know.
File transfer using WinSCP works through root for many servers except one.
The one that no longer works worked fine for weeks
PuttY works fine on the faulty server when accessed from Windows or Debian but...
When entering the command: sudo systemctl restart xxx I got
>>> /etc/sudoers: syntax error near line 28 <<<
sudo: parse error in /etc/sudoers near line 28
sudo: no valid sudoers sources found, quitting
sudo: unable to initialize policy plugin
I modified /etc/sudoers from @includedir /etc/sudoers.d to #@includedir /etc/sudoers.d and the command sudo systemctl restart xxx works fine.
However the connexion with WinSCP still fail.
