Invalid access to memory - Xml::Xmldoc::TXMLDocument::SetXMLStrings

WinSCP was connected to the server and then laptop went to sleep mode (closed lid). In the morning, it took laptop some time to connect to the wifi and then to VPN (some seconds before VPN started to connect automatically and then some seconds in connecting state). I have seen WinSCP re-connecting and this error popped up.
