WinSCP and Cygwin bash

Please assist! I've loaded WinSCP3.0 on 2 Windows 2000 Prof. machines. I've also loaded bash from cygwin. When I try to log into one from the other, I get the following message. I've included my logging file as well. Thanks for any assistance!
