Issue 203 – Setting of FTP account

FTP account for authentication is already supported. But it cannot be configured in GUI (Login dialog).

Meanwhile, to configure FTP account add FtpAccount to stored session. E.g.:

[Sessions\Example]
HostName=example.com
UserName=test
FtpAccount=account
